Mun Society - Literary Club of PTU

Model United Nations is where students are allowed to step into the shoes of

diplomats and debate their way out on global issues which allows them to

understand the working of various international organizations. It provides an
opportunity for the students to hone their public speaking skills, formal

writing and researching skills and works upon their diplomatic and people

skills.

For the first time in academic year 2022-23, the MUN-Society was established
in PTU under the Literary Club and the first general assembly was organized

as a part of 'Curioso 2023'. Students took it up with full zeal and enthusiasm

and debated passionately-pressing upon global issues, representing various
countries.

This experience not only developed their understanding of international

relations but also provided a platform for students to showcase their
leadership and reasoning abilities. Under the MUN Society. We also assist and

guide students who are participating in intercollegiate MUNs, with the

expectations that more students participate in various colleges.
